1) Crane Tech Apprentice – For work to be conducted in Houston, Texas.

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience with heavy equipment
  • Must have related experience with electrical and hydraulics
  • Must be proactive
  • Must have a clean background and demonstrate safe work habits
  • Ability and desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Possession of a strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills are required
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Duties Include:

  • Assisting the mechanics and technicians with various assigned duties.
  • Performing basic maintenance and repairs on cranes and equipment.

2)Experienced Crane Technician – For work to be conducted in Houston, Texas.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum 5 years of experience as a Mobile Crane Mechanic/Technician
  • History of working with different forms of mobile crane equipment, specifically RTs, All Terrains and Truck Cranes.
  • Manufacture approved training/certifications preferred but not required
  • Ability to work overtime as well as on weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
  • Willingness to travel by land and air
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs

Duties include:

  • Operate and inspect cranes in order to diagnose defects
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of CANBUS, LMI Systems, Hydraulic Suspensions, Electrical Systems.
  • Examine parts for damage or excessive wear
  • Read, understand and interpret operating manuals, parts manuals, blueprints and technical drawings
  • Test mechanical, electronic, electrical and hydraulic products and equipment after repair or modification to ensure proper operation
  • Capable of accomplishing tasks independently without direct supervision
  • Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
  • Properly fill out working reports, hour’s reports, time sheets, hour’s overviews and expense reports
  • Good customer service and communication skills
  • Set a positive example in punctuality and professional demeanor by respectful communication with all levels of staff, keeping work areas/Field Service Trucks clean & orderly plus promoting safety regulations and all other company programs
